The 2021 Eight Songs Shiraz is a classic example of the Peter Lehmann style - powerfully structured yet elegant with great finesse. The nose is rich and fragrant with satsuma plum, blueberry and dusty cedar notes and the palate exudes rich, ripe plums with dark red fruits and chocolate. Gobal wine shows have awarded this beauty five gold medals.
Morris Signature Single Malt Whisky shows bright topaz hues on appearance which open a door to orchard fruit profiles, macerated black cherry and biscuit notes balancing the zest of marmalade jam, lingering cocoa and dark-berry flavours. Aged in Australian red wine casks and finished in Rutherglen fortified wine barrels, this multi-award-winning whisky recently achieved a Double Gold at the prestigious 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
