2022 The Barossan Grenache

A selection of the Barossa’s key growers, renowned for their quality and skill, have shared their passion and pristine fruit to create the ultimate expression of a great Barossa Grenache. Each parcel of grapes speaks to its vineyard origins, sharing a special and unique aspect of the sub-region.

WINE MAKERS NOTES

The wine displays bright purple hues with a core of garnet red. The lifted palate is smooth and silky with raspberry, violet flower and a hint of dried sage. This juicy red wine is perfect to accompany antipasto dishes, smoked meats and many Asian-inspired dishes with a bit of spice. Tannins are restrained, so this is also a lovely wine to enjoy as a pre-dinner option on its own and delicious when served slightly chilled.
