WINE MAKERS NOTES
A fresh, lively Riesling with a delicate green tinge and hints of freshly picked limes, white peach and lifted floral and musk notes.
2024 is a vintage that will reward patient cellaring for Eden Valley Riesling and should build developed characters slowly.
Serve lightly chilled. It is a perfect aperitif while the wine is young and fresh, or the perfect accompaniment to char-grilled coral trout with coconut, chilli and curry leaves.
