2023 The Bond Pinot Grigio
With his word as his bond, many growers in the Barossa sold fruit to Peter Lehmann on a handshake agreement; many of which are still honoured today. These longstanding relationships give us unrivalled access to some of the finest quality grapes across the length and breadth of the region to craft our wines. Following a period of uncertainty, Peter Lehmann Wines was born to preserve a winemaking community, and save it from detriment during the great fruit surplus of the late 1970s. The Bond is created to honour Peter and his promise.
WINE MAKERS NOTES

Bright fresh fruit flavours of peach and nectarine are accompanied by a soft textural mid palate with a touch of viscosity. This Pinot Grigio finishes with crisp, freshening citrus acidity that is perfectly balanced with a touch of residual sweetness.

2017 Masters Wigan Riesling
WINNER - WHITE WINE OF PROVENANCE AT THE 2024 BAROSSA WINE SHOW
The Masters wines are named after a person whom, or event that, has played an intrinsic role in the Peter Lehmann story. Crafted from the classic Barossa varietals, the wines are released with 5 years of bottle age and will continue to age gracefully for many years. Andrew Wigan was mentored by Peter Lehmann and was at his side when the winery was founded in 1979. He was Chief Winemaker from 1980 - 2014. Peter Lehmann’s reputation for Barossa Shiraz was soon complemented by Andrew’s passion for white wines. His refinement of the whites was revolutionary and his contribution to the Peter Lehmann story was recognised in 2003 with the re-naming of the revered ‘Reserve’ Riesling as ‘Wigan’ Riesling.
Brilliant pale green colour. Still in its infancy, this wine presents some toast characters amongst beautiful lime citrus and floral notes. Classic intense lime cordial flavours carry through resonant of an Eden Valley Riesling and complemented by lemon rind and crisp pure acidity.

WINE MAKERS NOTES
Tempranillo is a Spanish red grape variety prominent in the great red wines of Rioja and Ribera del Duero of northern Spain. These two famous regions cast similarities to the Barossa floor, for which Tempranillo has found its other natural home. It produces deeply coloured, richly flavoured red wines that are great for pairing with food.

2021 Masters Mentor Cabernet Sauvignon
The Masters wines are named after a person whom, or event that, has played an intrinsic role in the Peter Lehmann story. Crafted from the classic Barossa varietals, the wines are released with 5 years of bottle age and will continue to age gracefully for many years. Our founder, Peter Lehmann, mentored countless people over his 50-year career and this wine is named in his honour. Mentor Cabernet Sauvignon is made as the best expression of vintage. By drawing fruit from a number of Barossa sub-regions, it displays immense varietal definition with added complexity of fruit from low-yielding old vines matured in French oak barrels.
Grapes were harvested in the morning, with a steady ferment on skins following for up to two weeks. Individual components were pressed and transferred to barrel for MLF fermentation. Following MLF, the wine batches for Mentor were selected, blended and matured for a further 18 months in 40% new French oak hogsheads (60% older).
WINE MAKERS NOTES
This limited release is our best Barossa Cabernet of vintage. Dense and vibrant purple hue. It captures immense varietal definition with added complexity aromas of lifted blackcurrant, vanilla and chocolate with a youthful ripe and dark plum spectrum. The fruit weight is immense, however it melds together with mouth-coating tannins, dusty French oak and a beautiful acid core.

2018 Stonewell Shiraz
In the beginning we made just one Shiraz, the grape variety that has defined the Barossa as one of the world's great wine regions. But we knew Shiraz that came from some vineyards was better than others - smaller, deeper in colour and more intensely flavoured - 'Little Black Jewels' we called them. For over 20 years, Stonewell has been lauded as one of Australia's greatest wines and one of the world's greatest Shiraz.
Full bodied, classic Stonewell with massive density and length. Blue and black fruits with ironstone and graphite tannins. A long life ahead, one of the all-time classic Stonewell’s. Enjoy now or cellar until 2046.
WINE MAKERS NOTES
Rich plums, spiced fruitcake, a slight minty freshness and an oily/inky mouthfeel with a long and fine chalky tannin structure - everything is in its right place, it will be exciting to see where this wine is situated in 5-10 more years. Typically released as a 5 year old wine, the 2018 Stonewell can be enjoyed now, or if you can exercise the willpower, should comfortably age for 15-20 years, through to 2038. Built to match rich meat dishes, char-grilled medium rare scotch fillet with a creamy mushroom sauce, served with roasted baby carrots and duck-fat roasted potatoes would be the ultimate heavenly pairing.
PRODUCTION
Fermented for 7-10 days, after pressing off skins, the wine was then matured in new and older hogsheads for 15 months prior to fining, filtration and bottling. The wine rested in our temperature controlled warehouse for four more years prior to release.
