Pale straw with youthful green highlights, the wine displays lifted aromas of fresh lime, lemon blossom and subtle lemon meringue, underpinned by fine slate-like minerality. The palate is vibrant and beautifully focused, with layers of juicy citrus, lemon and orange pith complemented by delicate white floral notes. Bright natural acidity and a subtle touch of residual sweetness create impressive balance, texture and persistence, leading to an exceptionally long and precise finish.
