2026 SALA Festival at Peter Lehmann Wines

My Australian Gothic | SALA Festival at Peter Lehmann Wines

Art and wine have long been woven into the fabric of Peter Lehmann Wines, where creativity, craftsmanship and storytelling come together. This August, as part of the South Australian Living Artists (SALA) Festival, Peter Lehmann Wines is proud to present My Australian Gothic, a month-long exhibition celebrating the creativity, character and stories of regional South Australia.

Running from 31 July to 31 August, the exhibition brings together the work of local Barossa artists Paul Dahlenburg and Stuart Hoerisch, alongside South Australian painter and musician Georgia Ivens. Through photography, oil painting and expressive abstract works, the exhibition explores the beauty, resilience and quiet strength of rural Australia. Together, the three artists present a shared vision of the Australian landscape, capturing a distinctly Australian Gothic aesthetic through texture, light and storytelling.

The exhibition also complements our The Bond range, whose labels were created by Stuart Hoerisch to celebrate the Barossa.

Visitors are invited to discover the collection throughout the month, with all artworks available to view and purchase during Peter Lehmann Wines Cellar Door opening hours.Ā

No bookings are required for any exhibition events. My Australian Gothic is free to attend and open during Peter Lehmann Wines Cellar Door operating hours
