Yet from these challenging conditions came fruit of remarkable concentration and intensity. Small berries and loose bunches produced wines with deep colour, powerful structure and exceptional flavour, a true reflection of the resilience of the Barossa and the vineyards that produce Stonewell Shiraz.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-end=\"828\" data-start=\"459\"\u003eCrafted from carefully selected parcels of premium Barossa Shiraz, the wine was fermented gently before maturing for 15 months in a combination of new and seasoned French oak hogsheads.
