The South Australian Living Artists (SALA) Festival is a state-wide festival of Visual Art. The SALA Festival was established in 1998 to promote and celebrate the many talented visual artists in South Australia. Showcasing artists at any level and working in any medium during the annual festival every August. Now in its 20th year, with more than 660 exhibitions spread across the state showcasing the work of professional, emerging and amateur artists across a variety of mediums this fantastic event has made its way to Peter Lehmann Wines.
The exhibition including paintings and photography held at Peter Lehmann Wines, encompasses contrasting works by Janelle Amos. Janelle a Barossa Valley resident lives on a 10 acre vineyard with her family and draws her inspiration from her everyday observations and the natural elements of her property.
Her featured exhibition “Still Point” encompasses contrasting works combining limited edition nature mandala prints and expressive original paintings. Inspired by nature's confidence to create regardless of barriers, Janelle's work revers the honesty and worthiness within life's imperfection, and celebrates the 'Still Point' and intrinsic beauty of a creative moment.
Experience the power of play and creativity with the 'Self Pollinate' play table, or dive deeper into Janelle's hands-on workshop to reconnect with your creative centre held at our Cellar Door.
