As our go-to florist, you may have already seen their flowers adorning the tables at one of our Barossa Valley events at Old Red.
Next on the menu is a cheese platter featuring cheeses, pates and pastes from the Barossa Valley Cheese Co. paired with the dry and delicate Art n Soul Sauvignon Blanc. Try the smooth and creamy Goat Curd to really bring out the light lemon citrus flavours of this refreshingly crisp white. You probably will recognise the soft cheese from Victoria and the team at the Barossa Valley Cheese Co. if you’ve ever nibbled on our Weighbridge Platter!
Finish with something sweet such as the Portrait Grenache Rosé and scones with jam and cream from the Jersey Fresh Dairy Base in Grennock. Small and family-run by two sisters that inherited the business from their parents, the Jersey Fresh team does not homogenise its milk so it’s sure to be filled with farm fresh goodness. With lifted floral aromas and bright fresh red berry fruit flavours, the refreshingly crisp, light Portrait Grenache Rosé will complement the sweetness of the scones piled high with jam and cream.
