The new face of Peter Lehmann Wines is.... Peter Lehmann

07 November 2011

You might have seen some physical changes to the Peter Lehmann wines lately. If so, you’ve been one of the first to sight our refreshed packaging as part of an evolutionary update.

The last brand refresh took place in the mid-90s so we felt that it was time now to add some fresh excitement to the brand livery. And that’s just what we did.

Peter Lehmann founded the winery in 1979, and in 1982 he put his own name behind the winery.

Now, 30 years on from that time, we pay homage to the legendary Barossa icon by including his thumbprint – a silhouette of the man himself, Peter Lehmann.

We’ve also now included three new tiers to our family of wines - PortraitFutures and Masters

Our Art Series wines – perfect for summer – have five new wines added to the mix including Sauvignon BlancPinot GrigioMoscatoSemillon Blanc and Shiraz Cabernet.

Our icon wine, Stonewell, continues to stand alone as the “little black jewel” of the family.

We welcome this fresh, new-look to our wines.  As our Chief Winemaker, Andrew Wigan, says “In the glass, the wines are still recognizably Peter Lehmann”, it’s just now there’s no confusion on the shelf that they are too.

These wines are all available on our website, simply visit The Wines and browse through the pages.
