Wildcard Cabernet Merlot
The Peter Lehmann winemakers have identified Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot vineyards which will give grapes of the quality they seek. Working closely with the selected growers, yields are monitored and harvest only occurs when the grapes are at optimum maturity.
Well structured tautness with good fruit richness on the middle palate, finishing firm with soft tannins.
Perfect with meat/cheese based pasta dishes, lamb, roast chicken or a mild cheddar cheese.
