There are vineyards spotted throughout the Barossa and beyond that history tells us to keep an eye on as the fruit that comes to bear carries with it certain presence and pedigree. Our Very Special Vineyard Series showcases the diversity of the Barossa and surrounding landscape, with each wine demonstrating the true varietal characters and unique terroir of the vineyards from which they are born.

Orrock Shiraz

Dense black colour with deep red/purple at the rim. Aromas of dark fruits, liquorice and aniseed. Hints of salt bush redolent of the Southern Flinders region. A rich mouth-filling drop with dark savoury fruits, balanced by soft yet firm tannins. It is a muscular brooding wine of immense concentration, (a hallmark of these vineyards). A majestic Shiraz which will reward with further cellaring for 3-5 years.
