VSV Orrock Shiraz
The colour is deep cherry red. The bouquet shows dark forest fruits with a hint of black olive leading to a richly structured palate with firm, fine grained tannins, reflecting the higher altitude of this particular vineyard.

VSV 1885 Shiraz
The colour is deep red with a black centre. The bouquet shows dark cherry and chocolate which leads to a stylish palate with soft tannins and great length of flavour. This is a limited release old vine Shiraz which provides a link to our ancestors.

VSV Ruediger Cabernet Sauvignon
The colour is intense black/red. The bouquet is rich in blackcurrant and violets leading in to a richly flavoured palate showing fine grained tannins and a persistent finish. This is a limited release, single vineyard wine from an excellent year and shows just how unique Barossa Cabernet can be.
