2008 Chardonnay Pinot Noir Cuvée
A glass of great bubbles is a splendid idea at any time of the day. This wine is clear, pale yellow in colour with a fine persistent bead and a delicate bouquet with soft freshly-baked white bread yeasty notes.
The Chardonnay and the Pinot Noir are from Terry and Jan Riley’s single high hills Eden Valley vineyard.
The Chardonnay Pinot Noir Cuvée is a splendid apéritif, try with party canapés. And it is of course essential for a wedding toast, and a very refreshing palate cleanser at the end of a meal.
