Riesling

The 2012 Riesling has a delicate green, gold colour with vibrant, fresh floral notes and a hint of citrus. The palate shows great purity of fruit with a soft, moderately dry finish.

Pinot Grigio

High country fruit was picked early to make this refreshingly crisp grigio style. There is a delicate steely edge to the colour leading to an aroma of freshly cut pears. The finish is dry and beautifully balanced making this a wine to sip casually or match with lighter style dishes.

Sauvignon Blanc

The 2012 Sauvignon Blanc is pale lemon in colour with delicate green tints. The aroma leads to an explosion of tropical fruits with a delicate and refreshingly crisp, dry finish and it is best drunk young to take advantage of the vivacious fruit.

Chardonnay

A delicate pale lemon colour leads onto a typically stylish Chardonnay showing fresh white peach and melon fruit with a background hint of barrel fermentation character and a soft, dry finish. This wine drinks beautifully in its vibrant youth but can be cellared with confidence for another 3-5 years where it will develop depth and complexity.

Moscato

Delicate green gold, it has delightfully distinct fresh, tropical aromas. The grapes were picked at optimum maturity to maximize the freshly picked grape flavour and a little natural grape sugar and carbon dioxide has been retained to produce this delicate Moscato style.

Rosé

The colour is vibrant fuschia pink with an aroma of freshly picked red cherries. It is a refreshingly aromatic style and finishes softly dry.

Cabernet Merlot

The classic 2010 vintage has produced a wine of deep red/black colour with lashings of blackcurrant and violets on the bouquet. The palate shows dark fruit flavours and finishes with firm, fine grained tannins. This wine will age beautifully over the next 3-5 years but is already superb drinking for those who appreciate fruit vibrancy.
