General Manager
As General Manager of Peter Lehmann Wines, Jeff Bond is the captain of a multi-faceted ship. Managing a full time team of 95 (supplemented by 24 casuals during vintage) across Australia, UK, Europe, Hong Kong and Canada. He also liaises with more than 140 growers, and 400-plus shareholders.
Jeff joined Peter Lehmann Wines in July 2010, marking a homecoming for the South Australian after 13 years working in Sydney, Asia and North America. He was welcomed into the role by his predecessor, Doug Lehmann, who served as Managing Director for 20 years.
A Graduate of Business Management (Marketing) from the University of South Australia, Jeff’s studies in wine marketing set the course of his career.
He has an innate understanding of the international beverage industry, having worked with spirits and food before entering the wine industry as Global Marketing Director of Constellation Wines Australia.
As a local agricultural business operating in an international market, Peter Lehmann Wines is a great match for Jeff’s experience and belief in the craftsmanship that is behind fine wine. He sees his charter as protecting the legacy of Peter Lehmann Wines while steering the company in a challenging global market.

Outside work, Jeff is a tireless campaigner for the Captain Courageous Foundation, raising money for children suffering Bone Marrow Failure Diseases.
Jeff lives in the Adelaide Hills with his wife Jessica and children Edward, Molly and Angus.
