Black Queen Sparkling Shiraz
The colour is dark cherry red. The nose has lashings of beautiful soft chocolate and dark plums. Having spent 2 years on yeast lees it has a persistent fine bead, and is superbly developed, showing richness, softness and a delicious yeast complexity.

Pinot Noir Chardonnay Cuvée
A beautiful pale lemon in colour, it shows a fine persistent bead. The nose has attractive fresh yeasty notes and hints of citrus and green apple. It is a crisp, refreshing yet complex bubbly with a delicious sherbet acid, a creamy mid-palate and a long clean finish.
