A beautiful bright gold colour which will deepen with bottle age. It has wonderful tropical fruit aromas with just a hint of citrus. It is a truly harmonious wine with a delicious lusciousness on the middle palate counter-balanced by tantalisingly complex acidity, the hallmark of a botrytised wine.

Eight Songs Shiraz
The colour is beautiful dark cherry with a rich garnet rim. The nose is all deep chocolate and dark forest fruits, with some spicy notes. The palate is richly opulent, beautifully structured with layered fully integrated tannins, supporting the depth of fruit. It is a limited edition Barossa Shiraz from low-yielding vineyards.

A vibrant green gold colour with a bouquet of lanolin, beeswax and lemon flower. A superb expression of Semillon, it is beautifully textured with the first signs of honeyed fruit development on the middle palate, and finishing with clean, crisp acidity.

The Futures Shiraz
The wine has a black centre with a dark red rim and its bouquet offers an enticing mélange of classical Barossa Shiraz dark plums and chocolate. The palate is opulent and rich with great length of flavour. It is superbly structured: the depth of velvet fruit being reined in by firm tannins and beautifully integrated oak.

Wigan Riesling
Pale lemon in colour with vibrant green tints, this wine is named in honour of Chief Winemaker, Andrew Wigan. It has the classic Eden Valley lime bouquet with the first hints of complex bottle development. The palate is taut and racy – its superb flinty minerality sliced through by a backbone of fresh lime juice and a touch of honey.

The King AD 2019
Twelve years old on release, this wine is showing all the benefits of extended bottle age. The colour has matured to a deep garnet. The nose has enticing hints of dark cherry and marzipan. Whilst richly mouth-filling, it has a taut structure and finishes remarkably dry, as do all the great classical Portuguese Vintage Ports. A treasure of a wine.
